About the Role :
We are seeking a talented and motivated Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by providing comprehensive pre-sales support, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service to prospective clients.
Roles and Responsibility:
1. Actively engage in customer and business technical discussions alongside the Business Development Manager, providing timely technical responses on behalf of our R&D and engineering teams.
2. Assess customer technical inputs, requirements, and needs in collaboration with the Business Development team.
3. Provide technical support for customer quotations, tenders, and business inquiries.
4. Lead technical responses for tenders and quotations during business acquisitions.
5. Create business development case studies and technical presentations for various use-cases, applications, and emerging technologies.
6. Participate in and lead pre-bid meetings and technical business meetings with the Business Development team.
7. Conduct marketing research, evaluate competitor and supplier technical capabilities, and identify new technologies to complement our R&D and Engineering teams.
Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in product, technical presentations and customer interactions.
• Strong knowledge of UAVs, including current and future technology trends.
• Hands-on engineering or development experience in UAV/Drone design and manufacturing.
• Familiarity with hardware and software in UAVs, and awareness of future UAV technologies.
• Experience in product demonstrations.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors, customers, and employees.
Soft Skills :
• Excellent communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities. Proficiency in Hindi as a must.
• Exceptional customer service attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
