About the Role :
We are looking for passionate UAV Demo Pilots. This role will play a crucial role in showcasing Rfly Innovations Drones to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. The primary responsibility of this role will be to operate UAVs during live demonstrations, ensuring a safe and impressive showcase of the technology’s capabilities.
Roles and Responsibility :
• Skillfully operate a variety of UAV models, showcasing their functionalities, features, and performance.
• Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure all equipment is in optimal condition for each demonstration.
• Demonstrate precision and control in flying UAVs to highlight their capabilities effectively.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines during UAV operations.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments before each demonstration and take appropriate measures to mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop a deep understanding of the technical specifications and capabilities of the UAVs being demonstrated.
• Provide insightful technical explanations to potential customers, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align demonstrations with strategic goals and messaging.
• Provide feedback on customer reactions, preferences, and common inquiries to improve future presentations.
• Maintain detailed records of each demonstration, including flight logs, technical issues, and customer interactions.

• Should be willing to travel to various locations for demonstrations, trade shows, and events
Mandatory Skills :
• 2-3 years proven experience as a UAV pilot, with a demonstrated ability to operate various UAV models.
• Knowledge of UAV technology, DGCA regulations, and industry trends.
• Prior Experience in Flying Pixhawk based MULTIROTOR/FIXED WING
• Prior Experience in Planning autonomous Missions in Mission Planner/ Q-Ground Control Station
• Excellent Hindi Proficiency
Qualifications :
• Any Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma
• DGCA Certified UAV Pilot License (would be an advantage)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel to remote locations both hot and cold environments.
